Curriculum Vitae of Francesco Marra
Born on 22 April 1975 in Florence, he graduated in law in 1999 at the University of Florence. He has focused and he focuses his practice especially on civil law, paying particular attention to insurance law, condominium, lease and debt collection. He has always interested for civil liability: compensation for damage in general, for example due to road traffic or professional negligence. He provides legal assistance and precontractual judicial and extra-judicial consultancy (civil liability, preliminary sales agreement of property). He co-operates with various sport associations which he’s since 2005 counseled and managed their debt collection, providing extra-judicial assistance in terms of both criminal and civil issues.
