Lawyer Cyrill Diem, born in 1980, studied law at the universities of Bern (Switzerland) and Leuven (Belgium). After his graduation he gained a degree as Master of Law (LL.M.) at the university of Bern.
Mr Diem is admitted as a lawyer in all parts of Switzerland and has acquired specific competence in Swiss civil law, debt collecting, Swiss criminal law as well as in Swiss road traffic law and family law.
He has been a partner of our law firm from 2010.
