Curriculum Vitae of Walter Cabras
Avvocato Cabras, born in Florence on 8 December 1969 graduated in law at the University of Florence. He focuses his practice on civil law, paying particular attention to family law, succession, distribution of inheritance, condominium, lease and debt collection. Since 1999 he has performed the activity as conciliator in the Chamber of Commerce of Florence and in 2006 he specialized in company law. He also deals with civil liability: compensation for damage in general, for example due to road traffic or professional negligence. He provides legal assistance and precontractual judicial and extra-judicial consultancy (civil liability, preliminary sales agreement of property). He has been a partner of our law firm from 2012.
